Kompany smashed in a 25-yard piledriver to leave City just a win away from the Premier League crown as they beat Leicester 1-0.
Kompany was in tears at the final whistle as every City player rushed to embrace him.
The big Belgian walked over to Sergio Aguero with Sky Sports cameras picking up their conversation.
“Vinny, I tell you ‘no shoot, no, nooo’,” Aguero joked to his smiling skipper.
Leroy Sane then interrupted and appeared to say: “You didn’t know what you were doing you just hit the f**king ball.”
After the expletive, Sky duly switched back to the studio.
Commentator Gary Neville echoed Aguero’s sentiments after his jibe at Kompany and noted: “I said that in commentary, the Leicester players would have been saying shoot, don’t play another pass.”
On the impact of the strike, he added: “It’s a once in a lifetime moment – not just a once in a lifetime goal.
“It’s an iconic moment of this eason – and an iconic moment in the history of the Premier League.
“Look who scored it. You think of Tony Adams, Steve Bruce, that goal. They are in the same bucket. We’ve seen an iconic moment of the Premier League.
“That moment will live long in the memory – although they do have one game left to go.
“That does feel like the moment but is it possible that both teams win so many games? It’s ridiculous what these teams are doing.
“It felt like a real moment, that Leicester could counter-attack, get a chance at anytime and we’ve just seen an amazing moment.”
